Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of candbfutures.com (the "Site") and the services offered by C&B Futures LLC ("C&B Futures," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, chatting with us, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What we do

C&B Futures builds and runs phone-first websites, Google Business Profile setup and management, local SEO, and messaging automations (missed-call text-back, form-lead alerts, and review requests) for owner-operated home-service businesses. Everything we build for a client runs on that client's own domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, and business phone number.

We do not sell, buy, broker, or share leads or contact lists. We do not pay or accept referral commissions of any kind. Every inquiry you send us is used only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver your services.

Who may use the Site

The Site and our services are for businesses and their authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of the business you represent.

Inquiries, text messages, and communications

When you submit a form, use the chat widget, or text our number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry. Text messaging is governed by the SMS policy in our Privacy Policy: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, and consent is not a condition of purchase. You agree to provide accurate contact information and not to submit someone else's number or email without their permission.

Pricing, billing, and cancellation

Our standard offering is one flat monthly fee as shown on the Site. No setup fee is charged and nothing is billed until the day your website goes live. From that day, the monthly fee is billed in advance each month. Either party may end the service month to month with 30 days' written notice (email is fine). Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply to a month already billed.

90-day guarantee

If, within the first 90 days after your site goes live, you tell us you are not getting the leads you hoped for, we will refund your first three monthly payments in full. Request the refund by email at CandBfutures@gmail.com on or before the 90th day after launch. The guarantee applies once per client and to the standard monthly fee only.

Your domain, number, and accounts

The domain name, hosting account, Google Business Profile, and business phone number used for your services are registered in your name, and you keep them if you leave. Where we hold administrative access to deliver the services, we will hand over or remove our access within 14 days of cancellation on request.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, licenses, photos, and claims you give us to publish, for responding to the customers who contact you, and for complying with the laws that apply to your trade. You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos, and content you provide, and you agree that any text messages sent from your business number to your own customers are sent in accordance with applicable law and your customers' consent.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise specific Google rankings, review counts, call volumes, or revenue. Search engines and review platforms change their rules without notice. The example figures on the Site are illustrative and are not a promise of results. What we commit to is the work described in your plan, the automations running, and a report every month.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, and its text are owned by C&B Futures LLC. The website we build for you, and the content you supply, belong to you once the first monthly payment is made. We may keep a copy of work we create for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Site or our services to send unsolicited messages, to submit false or misleading information, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the Site's operation. We may refuse or end service for conduct that violates these Terms or the law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&B Futures LLC disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, domain registrars, hosting providers, and messaging carriers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of those third parties, though we will work in good faith to resolve any issues they cause.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah, unless we both agree in writing to another method. Before filing, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute by contacting the other in writing.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use of the Site or services after a change means you accept it. Material changes affecting current clients will be sent by email.
