Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, use the chat widget, call, text, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, business name, trade, city and state, business phone number, email address, website or Google listing link, and any notes or messages you send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the chat widget may log your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the Site running, secure, and useful.

Information from our services. If you become a client, we collect the business details needed to build and run your website, Google Business Profile, and messaging automations, such as your business number, service list, hours, and customer review links.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold your intake call, build and run the services you purchase, send you scheduling, service, and account messages, bill you, improve the Site, and comply with the law. We do not use your information for any purpose that is unrelated to the services you asked about.

SMS / text messaging policy

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from C&B Futures LLC when you (a) check the consent box on a form on this Site and submit the form, (b) start a conversation through the website chat widget and provide your mobile number, (c) text our business number, or (d) give us your number by phone or in writing and ask us to text you.

What we send. Conversational and informational messages only: replies to your inquiry, intake-call scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, account and billing notices, and customer-care messages. We do not send promotional or marketing text blasts, and we do not send messages to anyone who has not opted in.
